At Vexlino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at jenniferhogan7078@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at jenniferhogan7078@outlook.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires.
